Hello Visitor,
In association with 'The Great Big Green Week', The Mayor, Cllr Vijay Paul, is hosting a Green Trail Day this Sunday, 9th June 2024.
The registration point is The Green Dragon Pub in Higham Ferrers, where you can collect your wristband to take part. Follow the greenway to Stanwick Lakes, following the sounds of nature trail and the Green Living Fair that is taking place. If you would like to carry on, you can cycle all the way up to Woodford Lock, where we will have some friendly faces with some water and snacks for you. Simply turn around, and follow the trail back to The Green Dragon Pub where there will be a Bouncy Castle*, The Swedish Kitchen* and The Bar* will be open for all to enjoy. (*at a cost). There will be garden games available for the children to enjoy and equipment to use free of charge.
